We are a non-profit, independent, nondenominational Christian educational institution serving preschool through 12th grade students and families.
Hosanna Christian provides volleyball, cross country, football, basketball, wrestling, baseball and track and field opportunities. Our athletic teams qualify for state post season play on a regular basis.
Student council plans many events throughout the school year, Including Homecoming events, Homecoming Court, Winter Formal, Prom, Pep Assemblies, Spirit Weeks.
Hosanna offers several different clubs and activities for our high school students. That encourage growth as they reach out to their community, or in challenging them personally through hard work and dedication. Key Club, National Honor Society, Student Council, band, choir, athletics and yearbook.
Hosanna elementary educators provide students with a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning and encourages students to become the very best that they can be academically, socially and spiritually. We use a nationally acclaimed curriculum, our classes are connected with technology. We provide online resources for families and prepare students to be life-long learners in a changing world. Small class size provides for a broad range of hands-on learning experiences that enhance classroom work through activities.
The Junior High School provides a transition between the self-contained classroom of elementary school and the independence required in high school. Emphasis is on the joy of learning, practical application of knowledge and character development. Jr. High students receive locker assignments and have their choice of many electives, including: Technology, daily Physical Education, Yearbook, Choir, Band and Art.
The high school program is designed to challenge and prepare students for life, whether they choose college, military or the work force. Emphasis is placed on core academic areas, while offering a variety of elective classes designed to encourage growth and creativity.
Hosanna has a 100% on-time graduation rate, with 96% of college bound graduates accepted to the college or university of their choice.
Our former students have been accepted into colleges from Community College, to Harvard, and the highly selective Military Academys receiving scholarships awarded from many prestigious organizations such as the Ford Foundation, Elliott-Ledgerwood and Merle West Foundations, as well as numerous college and university academic awards.
